課程概述 |
本課程主要是介紹藥物的結構, 結構與作用關係(SAR),藥物的物性化性,代謝, 治療標的及相關的作用機制.本學期以個論為主, 例如:Adrenergic drugs, cholinergic drugs, anti-histamines, .....等等內容.
